Lean Muscle Diet – the Basic Secret
Are you looking for a lean muscle diet that will help you get ripped and lean? Naturally this would be the right step to take because diet is by the most important factor when it comes to getting results. What makes up a good lean muscle diet? The truth is there is no one specific lean muscle diet that will fit all your needs. There are only guideline to what you are suppose to eat and how often.
Eating healthy like a well balanced meal and eating at the right times is vital. To get lean you have to ensure that your metabolism is always burning at an all time high. To do this you will need to stop eating 3 major meals a day and start eating at least 6 smaller portion meals at every 2-3 hour intervals.
Before you set your lean muscle diet it is my professional opinion that you sort out a body detox to rid your body of all that unwanted toxins. Doing this will help your body establish a good working platform or base to receive the new change in foods.
Below are two very important factors that either make you or break you.
Let’s Take Carbohydrates
High Carbs and Fast digesting protein is only good during an intense workout for recovery purposes. Whey protein or fat free yogurt is advisable after an intense workout. Slow releasing Carbs such as eggs, meat, cottage cheese or casein blends digest slow and should be consumed through out the day. Fruits, vegetables, sweet potato and beans are the best sources of carbohydrates to maintain a healthy diet.
If you want to get super-lean as fast as possible try and get most of your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables and limit grain based carbohydrates (even though they are better than refined grain they are more calorie dense per unit in volume) compared to vegetables and fruits. In essence reduce the amount of grain you eat. Example of this is instead of having cereal and eggs for breakfast have vegetables and eggs without the cereal and toast and have grapefruit as the carb source for your breakfast.
Natural Versus Unnatural
Food is better eaten in their most natural and unprocessed state. If you can try eating FREE RANGE meats, organic vegetables and fruits rather than factory farmed. Contrary to popular belief milk fat is actually a very healthy natural fat for human consumption, but only as it occurs naturally in raw whole milk from grass fed free range cows.
Eating adequate amounts (generally 20-30% of your total calories) of healthy fats will actually help you lose body fat. Most people need adequate amounts of healthy fibrous, carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats to maintain optimal health and maintain a fat burning machine that is the body.
